Amir Rubin
CEO
Amir is a psychologist with an MA majoring in Counselling Psychology at the Tel Aviv University. He has 20 years experience of working with organizations in Israel and overseas. His fields of activity are: placement of senior management, support of managers in decision making and recruitment and selection processes, assessment and analysis using a range of traditional and innovative tools and personal consultation for managers. For the past 15 years he has served as a reserve psychologist for the IDF Intelligence Corps in selection processes for special units and for senior positions in the corps.
Susie Zeichel
Senior Psychologist
Susie is a clinical psychologist and certified instructor for therapy and assessment. She lectures on assessment for MA clinical psychology degree studies at the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Academic College and in the psychotherapy program of the School for Social Work at the Tel Aviv University. She has worked for many years in a clinical community centre of the Ministry of Health; she has instructed and managed multidisciplinary teams.
Ari Poplinger
Senior Psychologist
Ari is certified as a specialist medical psychologist and is a graduate of a dynamic psychotherapy study track. His professional experience in psychological therapy and assessment is diverse and is spread over work in public hospitals, a private clinic and occupational assessment institutes,. He actively serves in the military reserves. He is n active psychologist in Dor for officer testing at the Tel Hashomer Army Camp. He likes literature and challenging treks. He is active in sport.
Doron Amran
Project Manager
Doron has a BA in Psychology from Ben Gurion University and is currently studying for an MA is Social Work at the Tel Aviv University.
She has served in the IDF Air Force as a member of staff in military operations in a combat flight squadron. In Biodata HR she is responsible for contact with the candidates and the clients and leads recruitment projects and various types of identification.
