At the start of the recruitment process, we sit with the recruiting manager and together set out a job definition. Thereafter we meet to interview the candidates together. The joint interviews help to connect with the “territory”, hone the profile and get an in-depth understanding of it, thus in practice this shortens and streamlines the process of identification and placement process.
Joint work that creates accurate identification
From a deep understanding of the profile, combined with innovative selection tools and professional and organizational knowhow, we locate and identify the most appropriate candidates for the organization by means of head hunting, advertising on social media and wanted pages, candidate databases and personal contacts. In parallel we continue to hone the profile with the manager. When assessing the candidates, the manager is invited to take part in the behavioural stage, thus he can receive an impression together with us of the candidate’s abilities in real time.
